The Fairy Coach

Our Fairy Coach boasts a mini glass chandelier, low ground seating, a photo spot, and can be cooled for warm weather parties—all solar powered! We also custom decorate for specific occasions allowing our Coach to transform and fit right into the magic!

Perfect for kids and adult events like mother‑daughter outings, birthdays, slumber parties, bachelorette parties, corporate or community events, school functions, and more — our team tailors each experience to your event and guests.

2 Hour Minimum

  • This is great for most events such as birthdays and slumber parties! Your selections for our basic Fairy Coach package include:

  • Our Carriage transforms into a storybook workshop with your favorite character leading you through one of the following options:

    -Upscale Bracelet Making

    -Flower Arranging Party

    -Create your own Painting

    -Designer Backpack Charms

    -Royal Crown Headbands

    -Magic Wand Decorating

    And YES, all ages enjoy these fun and unique experiences!

  • Our characters show how to put your best foot forward with activities like:

    -Makeovers

    -Face Painting

    -Nail Painting

    -Hair Do’s

    -and a goodie for every participant!

    We shower you with confidence, glitter, and the most fun get-ready-with-me style party!

    As always, our carriage provides photo ready experiences BUT upgrade this package by having a licensed MUA or cosmetologist provide services like hair updos, makeup, and nails.

  • Our Tea Parties are one of a kind, princess-led ventures that include:

    • Your Choice of a live character visit (princess—recommended, mermaid, superhero)

    • Etiquette Lesson

    • Mini Photo Session

    • Engaging activities led by our entertainer

    • Curated & Themed Menu Keepsake—Tea and Cookies provided!

    Upgrade your Royal Tea Party into High Tea where we also serve themed Mocktails, finger sandwiches, and provide crowns for every guest. This is still a child-friendly option for young princesses, but a great addition for our mature queens!

  • Customizable packages combine characters, performance time, interactive activities, and optional extras like photography, catering, and custom party favors to fit your theme, budget, and guest list with a focus on locally owned community partners! Tell us your vision and we’ll create a seamless, sparkling celebration your guests will crave.

Our Fairy Coach requires a flat area to park for safety. We allow a max of 12 guests inside, but we offer an indoor/outdoor setup that accommodates as many as needed. Our ideal party size caters 10-25 guests. For residential parties, we are able to temporarily park curbside.

We offer a different set up for an unlimited number of guests for photo ops and meet and greets.

Our Process

Plan and Book

Together, we select party preferences, themes, and payment options tailored to your specific needs. Parking location for The Fairy Coach is established during this meeting. 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to book.

Collaborate

You’re part of the process. We keep communication open—let us know if you have any event changes, upgrades, or decisions to ensure your event is YOUR vision—we’re here to bring the magic. Ensure you have level ground for parking. 50% balance is due 3 days prior to your event.

Enjoy

Relax and be dazzled — come into our realm, enjoy the magic, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your photos will only be half of the wonderful memories!
